TVS Motor Company — not fulfilling their commitment of air on gift | |||
Dear sir i am mohan nasa and i have purchased tvs ntorq from bajwa tvs from east delhi on 7th august 2019... I want make a complaint for the poor staff because they are not at all sincere for there duty as well as for customers... When i went to bajwa motors on 18th of august 2019 for my pending things like number plate, insurance, service book and air on gift of rs 2000 they asked me to go to first floor and the person on first floor asked me to go to ground floor again and again after that they gave my number plate and insurance and service book and the manager mr raj having mobile no [protected] made commitment that they will give my air on gift by what's app bcs the salesgirl was at leave and after that i called both of them many times but they never picked up my phone... I am also sending u a screenshot of what's app conversation with that salesgirl having mobile number[protected] to make u show that how careless they are for customers so please take a necessary action and ask them to give me air on gift And my contact number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
