I am Mrs Radhamani Jayachandran from kerala. i owned a tvs wego with registration number KL-27 E 1370. I purchased this vehicle from kakkanattu motors, thiruvalla on 26/08/2014. i couldn't get my service manual during vehicle delivery. they told me that there is no service manual, please come and collect after a week. after that they close the showroom, so that i couldn't get a free service and warrenty. The vehicle is running above 2000 Km. i already gave a complait to your customer care team. but no reply till this time. once again i am giving a complaint. waiting for a favourable reply with interest. for further contact i am giving my son's contact no.
