Hi, I am writing this on date 24/07/2017. Today i submitted my bike tvs sport es to om tvs authorized service centre. It is normal that a person would do service booking over the web portal provided by tvs. When i went to the service station, i was told that the booking was not there and they will service as per fifo method. Then i showed them the email confirmation. One of the member resisted to take the bike but due to the other member of tvs service centre they agreed to service. The mechanic was slower than the sloth. Just to change the chain set alone took him 2 hours. Washing is just no words. You can't determine if the bike was washed or not. You can say worst washing ever. No one seems to be interested in doing their job. If you ask the supervisor that its getting late and the job has passed the ert, they will say, 30 min more. Is this how you treat your customers? If i get a survey for this kind of service, i will give (-10) out of 10. Complaining would also not work as no one works. No audits on work. No supervisor. Lazy people. Lazy mechanics, lazy staff and lazy manager. Was this information helpful? | |||||
