TVS Motor Company — Parts not replaced though it comes under warranty | |||||
I bought TVS Jupiter from OCEANIC TVS MOTORS, Ahmedabad(dealer code 10066).Its been less than an year (it has run less than 5000km) and I am having jumpers problem.This is WORST CASE FOR COMPANY that WITHIN AN YEAR JUMPERS gets worn out. TVS COMPANY should take this problem very seriously and get back to me with good replacement option. When I gave it to service center before 20 days they said that we dont have jumpers at present and we will replace it within a week. It has been more than 20 days and still they are saying same thing that jumpers are out of stock. I talked to Mr. Mehul he is looking sales and Mr. Darshan he is looking service department both of them are now not replying. No one is properly replying and my problem still is not solved.We have also not received local corporation tax receipt though we have paid the money to the dealer for that. I kindly request you to look into this matter and I get jumpers replaced at earliest. Thanking You Was this information helpful? | |||||
