Last Monday (12.09.2016) my TVS scooty pep + hand over to TVS approved service center (Sri sakthi saradha service center / Coimbatore ). at time of service hand over service engineer hold as some noise coming from engine so we have to check and give feed back. That day No calls from service center so i called to service engineer he said our server getting very slow so we will come back within hour but they are not given feedback about my vehicle. Next day (14.09.2016) i called to service in-charge of the service center he said under processing of your vehicle service history data collecting, if you have the urgent you can take deliver without service, after getting the service history will inform then you can hand over the vehicle. Same day evening (14.09.2016) Contact to works manager of the service center he said its take one or two days for check and rectification same will be updated to u frequently so i compromised to waiting for next two days. Today after noon I called works manager he very coolly said today off myself and we are not processed our vehicle because we are waiting for TVS feedback of the issue.
My question are:
1. who will be responsible of the issue (Customer (or) service center (or) manufacture?
2. When i get vehicle deliver? and who will bare the one week my travel inconvenient? Was this information helpful? |
