[Resolved] TVS Motor Company — poor service at sri pandian tvs, pp chavadi, madurai

I'm sundara moorthy. Owned an apache rtr200 4v on 14th dec, 2017 with registration no:tn 58 aq 3496. My bike, apache rtr 200 4v, have undergone second service on 06.03.2018.. I have told them that there was a noise in both the disc brakes and heavy chain noise... After service, they asked me to do a test drive, to ensure the bike... While i was doing a test drive, i have applied the disc brake... Suddenly the front disc locked and the bike fell down... Within 500 meters from the service centre... Due to brake locking i have fell down. My bikes left side footrest, left weight balance and right side brake lever got damaged... I have got scratches in my hand and leg... While returning to the service centre, the front wheel is forced to rotate.. When i spoke with the service manager, he told me that i didn't know how to ride a bike, its my mistake, i have to pay ₹800 for rework... I've been argueeing with them for more than 1 hour.. They didn't listened me... Next day, they called me and told that my bike was repaired and asked me to take my bike.. I've gone to service centre and talked with the persons who worked there.. They told me that it was my mistake and ordered me to pay the money... I have paid and took my bike... But today, from tvs, my father has received a call for feedback... During that call they told to my father that your son didn't know how to drive a bike and its his mistake only and ended the call... Please make a proper action to avoid this problem... On that day i have small wound in my hand... If it is large or death what can i do?... Please take a proper action...
Another information, during the service of my apache rtr 160 with registration no tn 67 ac 7472, they do like this and i've met with two rework... Please avoid such a problem and provide a expert technician for servicing bikes...
