TVS Motor Company — poor service by its dealer | |||
Hi, I own tvs wego I have always serviced it with your authorized service centre since i bought it. I have been getting it serviced from tvs innovative at bhandup since 2013 and i had a very bad experience with them. Every time i service it, i get same or new problem immediately after servicing of scooter. I pay again for repairs in addition to the services. This time they have just damaged my vehicle to an extent that i am not able to use it further. I serviced it on 02 august with starting problem, paid inr 2900. It did not start well and developed a problem with vehicle stopping anytime abruptly. I went to innovative service at bhandup on 09th august and they repaired it in few hours but i could hardly reach my home as bike did not run at all in the middle of the road. My kumar send his personnel and took the scooter to his service center. It was kept till 16th august and charged inr 1300 for some part replacement.
