[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — poor service & no spare parts available | |||
We have purchased a tvs xl 100 heavy duty on 09.04.2018 and today 02.05.2018 was the first service done in ktl, chunniganj, kanpur vide job card no.83879 aganist frame no. Mc621ep14j3d09645. Our xl bike meter was not was working and we have asked to replace the same so we got the answer there is no stock available in the company. And they did not gave in written g in our bill that meter is not available. Imp points Very poor service & billing system No proper responsibility towards customer No proper interaction with the client Very poor behavior with us.
