Sir i had purchased jupiter reg no. Pb -11 bt 3207 on dated 15.6.2015 from local dealer. On very 1st serviceon dated 30.07.2015 i complaint about torn mat and some noise from down side of jupiter the attendent told me to solve problems next services but on next two services they didnt solve problems on dtd.26/11/2015, 30/5/2016. After that the dealer executive remind to 4th service as i belongs to nabha city i said them to solve above problems and i cant come in day time as i am in govt job i can come to you after 5pm but they solve above problems pressure me to made services 4th and 5th even then i went for services 3 times in september month at 5 pm. On given time. I call them manny times on given representative cell no.[protected] but they never attended me now they telling that your service period had been expired and warranty of 5years have been lapsed. It is shocking to me. It is damage for company status as customer satisfaction is priorty of any business i wish you will attend my complaint in time solve this issue and continue my warranty period and the relation between me and company.
