I purchased tvs heavy duty excel 100 from rainbow autometic pvt. Ltd. Telibandha raipur vehicle numbercg-04-lh 6744 date[protected]. I have visited atleast 6 time but not give rc book. I have call almost 20time but not given good response. Keshwani manager of tvs bad behaivour with me. I will see you in consumer forum. If you will not give rc in 2 days
