Tvs Motor Company — rc not received | |||
Hello Sir/Mam, I have purchased TVS apache 160 4v from OM TVS Pul Prahladpur Delhi with the registration No. DL3SEC6469 in Nov.2018. First time I received the RC but father's name & address was wrong on it. Then I ask the same to Mr. Sunil in OM TVS . He has send the RC for correction in end of Dec. 2018, but till now I am waiting for the RC. I am daily asking to Mr. Sunil for the status of it but he is not responding properly. He is asking me to go to RTO office & ask them. I am not able to understand why should I go to RTO office because this is the work of dealer. Dealer should give me RC first time, If any changes need to be done in future then I will handle it. Because I am facing the issue on road due to not having RC, Then I have visited the RTO office to know the status of my RC but they are asking for the correction slip which is also not provided by OM TVS person. I really don, t know what to do, I am a private sector employee & I don, t have time to go here & there for this silly problem created by OM TVS people. I am writing this thing to TVS because OM TVS is your franchise & If he is giving such kind of service to customer then ultimately this will deteriorate TVS brand name. I am anticipating the positive response from you end on this & believes that you will sensitize your team (OM TVS) to give proper service to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
