I have done regular servicing through the last six years through 'Berhampore TVS Motorcycle, Jalangi Road, Kesabnagar, Cossimbazar Raj, Berhampore Murshidabad -742101'.
Last servicing was done on 12th December 2022.
I have complain about the service provided and TVS spare parts. This said lock was replaced last year on 20th December and Loose connection was there since that time, I had many times mentioned this during the service and they told all fine and now its fixed..but it was never fixed..every time I put the key to start I had to adjust the key manually and then it works...When I wen to the service center Today Service personnel informed me that the Lock set needs to be replaced. I'm shocked about the quality and durability of the space parts manufactured by the Indian's most renowned automobile brand.Further to that they mentioned there is not warranty for the spare parts and its the service center who provided 3 months warranty by themselves for the goodwill but not the company.
This not acceptable, purchasing a parts with nearly Rs.1000 and had to again replace within a year.
