My name is Anup Shende and I am from Pune. I had purchased TVS Zest from Shirley TVS showroom located in Mundhwa area in Pune during Diwali period.

Since I bought the bike, I am facing multiple technical problems related to bike. First of all after just 2 days of purchase, bike horn stopped working. I thought it to be a minor defect and got it repaired from showroom. Again after few days, petrol tank started leaking and all the petrol in the fuel tank got drained. This time also, showroom fixed it. However after few days, again horn stopped working and this time also I got it from showroom.
I thought after first service everything will get fixed, however after few days of service, bike started giving problem again. This time bike is stopping abruptly while on road. Moreover, button start also failing sometimes and we need to use kick to start the bike again. This defect putting us in difficult situation, especially when signal turns green and we are not able to start the bike. Many a times we had to push the bike to the side of the road and try kick start.
It is difficult to digest this fact that these problems are surfacing with brand new bike.
I should specially mention showroom staff was quite helpful and we received all assistance needed in free. However, considering all these manufacturing defects and issues we are facing, we would like to replace this bike with other brand new TVS Zest or would like to upgrade it to TVS Jupitor by paying price difference if possible.
We expressed above concern to the showroom staff at very beginning itself when bike was not registered but we had been given verbal assurance that bike won't cause any further problems.
