Tvs Motor Company — Redressal of problem | |||
Bought the self-claimed by TVS Motors, their sturdy moped TVS Jupiter on 10th June 2014, which now I feel I was totally misguided. Met with a small accident on 20th July, 2014 where the most important part of any vehicle – Chassis was damaged and most fragile part – Fiber was left intact with absolute no scratch. Hard to accept but customer relationship manager of TVS Motors Mr. Rakendu Bhattacharjee very well helped me understand the situation. I was communicated that chassis will be replaced with all the requisite procedure at the TVS end by him. After giving them 10 days, I finally communicated to know that nothing is done and now they want me to complete all governmental procedures! My moped is 2 months old of which it is with TVS Dealer’s workshop since last one month!!! There is utterly loss of internal communication making a consumer stranded and opportunity cost borne is different. Was this information helpful? | |||
