I have booked a vehicle online on 9th January 2022, But Tvs Motors unable to provide me bike at selected dealer Ahinsa Tvs Gurgaon. Now i buy the bike from 3rd party. I requested to tvs motor for refund the booking amount via email id with 9 reminder, but issue still pending. i didn't receive any positive response for tvs motors. TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 14, 2022 Updated by [email protected] Crossed over 40 days of complaint, but no response received from side of TVS.
