I went to oceanic tvs service center on 13 th may morning 9.30 to give my two wheeler bike for service purpose and handed over with a token number as per that I waited for more than an hour. In between one lady came having token number after me and got the service evaluation immidiately by the manager, named, Darshan. And on asking why he has done that, he replied, because she was a lady.
It is really surprising and disappointing to me as a customer.
I request you to take necessary action to avoid such scenario in Future.
