Dear Authority,
I have purchased TVS I cube electric bike from Saibaba TVS akurdi on date 28 march 2022.
In just 5 months there was charging issue.By facing many problems and taking commercial vehicle putting my bike in it paying 3000 Rs rent I handed over my bike to showroom on 7 sept till date have not received satisfactory answer nor my bike. I called many a times to them just giving unsatisfied answers many a times they do not receive the call even .. I am leaving 120 kms away from showroom regardless by continuous follow up they are just saying we cant do anything part is not available.. nor giving the date when i will receive my bike.. I have selled my petrol bike and purchased yours despite going words of family and friends.. please help me out as early as possible
