Tvs Motor Company — Replace Parts of my damaged TVS NTORQ 125 DISC HBS

My name is Mangesh Bhoir. I am living on Palghar Kelwa Road. I purchased the TVS NTORQ blue color from the authorized dealer TVS Magnus, Boisar in February 2020. My bike had an accident in June 2020. Some parts of the bike were damaged. My two-wheeler insurance passed in July 2020. I was told that it would take 15 days for the bike parts to arrive from Chennai. To this day, those parts have not come. In this case TVS Magnus, Boisar does not give satisfactory answers.

I want an explanation as to why this is so late.
