Tvs Motor Company — Replacement of my vehicle | |
I am writing to complain about the the improper and unsatisfactory service which I received from one of your service centre SS TVS .my vehicle's TVS Apache RTR 200 4v first service was service in SS service centre on 22/02/2021. When I received my vehicle after the service I drove the vehicle for a while, suddenly notice that they forgot to fasten the engine oil drain nut. It led to oil draining. I came back to the service centre and informed them about the oil drainage.. on that time they change engine oil and deliver my vehicle at the very next time.. on the very next day my vehicle started to perform badly start to produce noises also I returned my vehicle again to the service centre and informed them then the service team leader advise me that they found out the reason for the bad performance of the engine finally they made a solution that to repair the cylinder head of the engine they repaired so. but the problem was existing.. form 30/03/2021onwards my vehicle is in s s TVS Service Centre they are failure to solve the issue they repaired engine part of the vehicle three or four times but they couldn't to solve the issue the prime thing of my vehicle engine failure was their irresponsible behaviour to fasten the engine oil drain nut. I paid my last EMI even I could not use my vehicle. so I humbly request you to take a decision for replacement of my vehicle or to pay compensation for this type bad service provided by SS TVS authorised service centre..I enclosed with this email are copies of registration card and other documents for your reference.i hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast..
