The showroom delayed the processing by 4 weeks since there sales person had left job. Then they say it was mistake of me ( customer) that I didn't took follow up after completing document work and payments.
Really astonished to know this.
Moreover due to lockdown showroom was closed and we asked for delivery after number plate fitment so now showroom person is saying that u are not entitled for 4 free service as bill was issued on 7 th April and delivery of Jupiter has not been done till date( 11 th june'21)
Moreover there was no one at showroom to support things when we visited showroom.
Really Rushabh TVS is made cheating on us by delaying delivery and not providing 2.5 months insurance ( even after taking full payment) and reducing free service ( even after getting full payment).
There was no senior personal at showroom to attend us even. We were sitting ideal for hours without being attended. Was this information helpful? |
