Hi Sir,
I'm raising here a serious service issue done by the employees of PERIYAR MOTORS ALUVA

I have a TVS Entorq with number KL 32 P 8221. Which is a 2019 model.

My TVS Entorq was in need of service last Saturday (21.01.2023) due to a breakdown. After two employees came to my place and checked, they told me it wasn't possible on the same day. It would be sorted by Sunday (22. 01. 2023). I'd waited for the same and when I had contacted the response was different. Their higher official refused to allow them to take the service. I then clearly asked "If it couldn't be done on Sunday, I could have other solutions if you had stated that earlier". Sometime after hearing this, they called me and said they would handle it that day. After that, they replaced a coil that cost Rs 1, 600, charged 200 rupees for labor, and said it was good to go. They went back and I'd started using my scooter. Within 1 km, the scooter broke down again. I'd reported at that instant itself. But after that call no one responds and waited until night. Nobody responded and I went to the service centre directly and reported the same to Advisor Rahul. Then they picked up my scooter and took it to the service centre. After two days they said there are things to be replaced on the cost of Rs 5000. Which came upto be some new parts after the sunday's coil replacement. This is very hard to digest for me, as this is the issue made by the service centre, without diagonising it properly. Afterwards the communication was also not so good, as they are not educating what has happened, they were just making arguments and Some unknown guy, who is said to be the supervisor, but he was not ready to reveal his name, his phone number is [protected]. The way he dealt things was really bad.

Overall the concerns to me as a customer is:
1. Communication is not proper
2. Service is done without proper diagonsing.
3. Not meeting the timelines.
4. Inappropriate behaviour

These points broke my trust in TVS as a brand, and as agency I’ll not recommend any one to take service from this place. I definitely need an explanation or action, also I need compensation for the loss and time I’d lost due to this. As mentioned above I’m taking this issue very seriously.
