TVS Motor Company — Service at Jyoti Tvs

Hi...m pratikhya Priyadarshini.I hv booked Servicing of my Wego OD 02 N 1426 on 16.09.17.and my delivery was on 18.09.17.But they didn't complete that on that day.I got that on 19.09.17.1pm.
And the Servicing experience was worst.my scooter creating sound after servicing.my front dinky (baggage space)is broken.
Worst Servicing till now.I hv handed to bharat sir who is very irresponsible person I ever met.He is taking everything casual.
Very dissatisfied.

Today I have gone to Jyoti Tvs, Bhubaneswar for servicing of my Apache 160 4V under AMC Scheme. This was the 3rd free service under AMC Scheme of Jyote TVS. Instead of doing free service they are imposing separate charges for fitting of different different parts. In case of parts, they are also taking more charges than local dealers by saying useless words that their parts are genuine. After bringing these things to their service head, they are trying to convince me by providing some discounts like50%discount in service chage. In the above circumstances, i request customers not to go to jyote tvs for their vehicle servecing. For details plz contact-[protected], [protected]
