I purchased a TVS PEP +BS IV vehicle From Ashwa motors showroom dated invoice dated 16.03.2017 invoice no 20007039, bk 3 rd stage Bangalore, regarding service coupen and manual i was keep on asking they are informed me no stock from first service and second service done today i am unhappy about system management staffs not given proper reply when i asked serve manual and service coupon, they given erratic answers negligence about customer not given proper repose . when i receiving vehicle after service dispatch section they are asking service coupon i said i have not received it from the date of purchase they informed me its your mistake you have not collected from sales persons its a ridiculous .
without manuals and service coupon why they selling vehicles, i am unhappy about it and notmentioned next due date of service please take necessary action Was this information helpful? |
I had purchased a TVS zest on 30 March 2017 and similarly even I have not received service boo manual till date. I have followed-up with the dealer and the dealer continues to say that TVS has not provided the booklet. I even sent a email to TVS regarding the same, but no response from them. Seems to be tactic for avoiding the free services.
