My TVS Jupiter needed change of body parts due to an accident. I produced the vehicle for assessment on 25 January 2016. Even after 1 month, as there was no progress regarding body parts availability, I deposited my vehicle for its regular service and body parts change on 25 February 2016. My vehicle is still not completed as lack of availability of body partsis the reason. Let this be either fault of the service centre or of the company anyway, it is shameful part that a company cannot provide a part of their flagship product within 2 months. If this is the case your customer service of other products would be horrible most.
