Dear team,
I am making this complaint now because i was waiting for the feedback call from tvs company (As always) but this time didn't received any such call so finally i am making a complaint here.
Case: last month on the 8th of august i went to the tvs authorized service centre at pali (Rajasthan) for the reapir of my accidental bike (Apache 160 rtr).
There i accelerated the insurance formalities from my end & the service centre was instructed to start the work on 9th aug. From 9th aug the responsible personnel told to complete the work in max 15 days. Then after that i received my bike on 1st september 2018. They took almost a month and during this period i was called to the service centre for more than 10-15 times.
Even, after this much of delay and problems i didn't said anything but they didn't gave tvs level of service which is expected of a brand.
The problems which i am currently facing are:
1. My battery was fine when i gave the bike at the service center but now its dead & the answer which i got from the service center is that as the bike was here for long time the battery might have damaged.
2. My head light (The long distance vision) is not working.
3. The back foot rest is touching the silencer.
4. The fuel is being leaked from the vehicle (Although the fuel tank is replaced by a new one there)
Further my number plate was missing at the time of handover of the vehicle but when i noticed it and told the employees there, they searched for it all around the garage.
All these events doesn't justify the quality and dignity of the brand - "tvs".

When the TVS Radeon bikes will start sales in HOSUR-635109,
Also why the sale has not yet started in HOSUR.
