[Resolved] TVS Motor Company — service not done | |||
Hi am Ragupathi, I Purchased my TVS XL Heavy duty in 2009 in chennai. Currently i transfered to Tirupur. I just want to do some spares change with general service i taken my bike to your authorised dealer cum service center. Because of your poor quality metal my bike chase number was not visible and it was rusted. Your authorised service center staffs were scratched with salt paper on bike chase it was become more damaged. Then they said they wont take service because chase number ia not visible. We informed him clearly about the rust they were not taken care about that. We shown our RC book too to confirm that it was our bike. More over we made service one time at the same service center 12 to 15 months before. But they are treating customers like a ### and we feel embracing that it was like a thefted bike. Because of your poor quality materials we feel shame to buy your products. I need a immediate response from your end if not ill file a case against your quality and service.
