TVS Motor Company — Spares parts available in the local markets but TVS showrooms are not providing spare parts to their own customer. | |||
I am Biswajit Sahoo. Mobile no-[protected] I have a TVS apache 180abs model bike which was purchased on 17.08.2015 from Jyote TVS(old station square, cuttack road, bhubaneswar, ph-[protected]). While i was having my 6th servicing at jyote tvs on date 07.01.2017, i found that the rubber kit that was present inside the cylinder of the back disc was broken. As i am having the warranty of the vechile the company has to replace it in free as mentioned in the warranty manual. And jyote tvs told me to replace it between 10-15 days as they are not having stock with them so they will order it from Bangalore which will take maximum 10 days. Every week i use to call jyote tvs regarding my order and they use tell me that they need more days to provide me my order. But now its more than 21 days and they haven't repaired my bike yet. But the strange thing is that the spare(rubber kit) is very easily available in the local markets, and jyote tvs is not willing to repair my bike due to unavailability of spares. Everyday i am facing problems in transportation as i am missing my bike. Was this information helpful? | |||
