TVS Motor Company — starting problem of my newly purchased tvs, ntorq 125 disc mechanic is not able to find out the fault at the service centre

Starting Problem. Plug Sort after running 40 to 50 kilometers.
Within one month three Plugs were changed.
Sushil Automobiles is changes TWO parts but still then after running for 40 to 50 kilometers both self and kick are not functioning. Informed several times, taken the vehicle 10 times to Sushil Automobiles but problem was not yet shorted out.

The mechanic is unable to find out the fault
