I have purchased tvs scooty pep + from a k gandhi showroom, baidyanath showroom on 21.12.2017 in the name of my daughter nikita rajesh sanghi, invoice no. Ho\3509. I have purchased this vehicle for convenience of my father aged more than 75 years.
My father is facing lot of starting trouble since march 2018. Vehicle is neither getting self start nor by kick. One day my father fall down on the road while kicking the vehicle to get it start. I have informed several times (Minimum seven to eight times) to mr. Vishal who is working at this office. On two occasion mr vishal has sent staff to carry the vehicle, but they were also unable to start the vehicle & carried by simply pushing it.
Sir i am having very worst experience of this vehicle & also service rendered by your staff members working at baidyanath square. Sales representative saying that this is problem related with service department & service department not even ready to registered our complaint in written nor taking any cognizance of my problem. There is no co-ordination between sales & service department. They were not informing the name of immediate in-charge who will take care of complaints\ problems of their customers, also not registering our complaint in written. Such type of behavior of your staff members build very bad image & make negative publicity of your company in the market & harassment to the customers.
While asking for this problem they are not giving any satisfactory reply or solution to the vehicle & same problem is still continuing.
Sir i am putting my complaint in written because i am getting to much frustrated, so i request you to please seriously look into the matter & resolve my problem & don’t compel me to take any legal action. Was this information helpful? |
