Tvs Motor Company — TVs Apache RTR 160 4V engine complain

I have bought Apache RTR 160 4V in 2019.Usually a new purchased may not trouble in early stages but my bike after completing just a year it started giving troubles related to engine and it's mechanical parts.My engine piston and other parts were replaced as the bike engine is been in 5 years warranty The authorized TVS service centre helped to claim the engine and it's related parts which were then replaced.The bike after running for next 6 months.It again gave me a engine related trouble.The trouble of the head in the engine.There was continuous disturbing sound from the head.I had done AMC in the same authorized service centre from where I had bought the bike.So even after regular maintenance and paying extra bills due to continuous leakages of oil from the head engines my trouble were again rising up.The service centre occupies my bike for weeks and sometimes months to repair and restore the engine.But to my experience my bike haven't got perfectly restore to original condition.In two years twice my bike went into opening engines and parts were replaced.So even after spending Rs.1.20lac money my bike didn't serve me well.Now again in the second year of bike, troubles related to battery came.I changed bought new battery from the service itself.After serving 2 years with twice engine opening, there comes another 3rd year when my bike heated up too much and there was continuous leakages of oil.Even i take regular AMCs and services then also the trouble came.The service centre technicians does what I informed.Well i am not a mechanic.The technicians should examine the bike as a whole in AMCs.But they don't.They just does a regular oil change(charged everytime) and regular greasing to brakes and chain lever.Apart from this they does not look the bike as a whole.In the third year again my bike had engine as well as starting trouble issues I don't know due to battery getting 1 year old or what.In the third year issue i have indicated the battery and starting related issues to service centre almost twice, 1st time they charged the battery and gave me.The bike after running for 1 day again gave me starting trouble.No cell and starting with kicks too.Somehow I managed to get back to service centre and issued the problem there The service centre again charg r the battery and gave me back my bike.Yet the problem is not resolved It now third time I didn't managed to get my bike to the service centre so I informed service centre to give one pick up and drop service. So this issue is still not resolved.Looking to this matter and conditions it feels like it is matter that one should have a donkey as a ride rather a Apache bike.TVS being a reputed company yet my experience till now is worst.Just 3 years and my bike is more in service centre than rided by me.Therefore looking to this, it can be said the company has allotted me a faulty piece of bike.Therefore, I hereby wanted to claim the replacement of totally new engine.
I hope the company considers my request kindly and do take necessary actions.
