It is brought to your knowledge that, I Binoy P bought a TVS Apache RTR-160 bike from Grace TVS Motors agency, Thana, Kannur, Kerala on 13 Dec 2012. I have ensured timely servicing of my bike as per your TVS manual. How ever, the bike is presently facing a major engine problem, i.e engine piston head is rugged and it has been declared unrepairable by mechanic. The servicing of the bike was done in November 2015 at that time KM of engine was 23000Km. I have approached to the TVS agency but the agency mechanic stated that the problem is due to non refilling of engine oil at the due time. On the contrary the bike has undergone all services on time and done by TVS agency only. The engine issue is only due to the poor servicing standard of TVS agency and for the same agency should be held responsible. This bad experience of mine will lead to a poor name of the company in the market and the same will not be suggested to any one by me. Keeping in view of the above, you are requested to approach the Grace TVS motors agency Thana, Kannur, Kerala at the earliest and clear the matter on priority.
