I have purchased a Jupiter on 22.01.18 exactly after one year the battery stopped working. Hence I was advised by Nandhi TVS, hinkal Mysore to change the Battery. I have purchased one battery on 3.04.2019 from them. However this battery also stopped working after one year against the warranty period of three years. When taken up matter with them they took the battery they took the warranty card and replaced one battery after delay of 15 days, I have made visit 5 times to the service centre for this replacement. They have obtained the warranty card and when I asked for warranty card for replacement, they said it's not required as the details are available in their system. Now the replacement also not working, what I suspect is that they have fixed the same battery after recharging. When I approached them for the non functioning of the replaced battery, they are telling, warranty card is required. I have told them that, the warranty card was not given and as assured by them, it will be available in the system. But they have informed me that it's not available with them and they want the warranty card, which is not handed over to me. As such I request you to look into this complaint and solve the same. Further please improve the customer service by the dealer.i here with attach the bill from the dealer for the battery.
