New scooter, just 5 months old was not getting started. Pick up was later and after frequent calls they picked up with a lot of hesitation and taken for rectification.
They called me and informed that they will treat this as 2nd service and not as a complaint. Then the next day they called me asked to come to service center to pick up the scooter and said no home delivery available. Also they said complaint was because of spark plug and they replaced it. On enquiry on why a brand new scooter has this issue, they kept silent on it.
Next day when i went to pick up the scooter, they asked me to pay rs 216, for the spark plug and some other charges, though it comes under the free service.
After payment for the "2nd free service" when they deliver the scooter, i found it was very untidy with lot of dirt and grease, hand prints etc. Service centre said, water wash of the scooter they are not providing now and wanted me to come back later after a month.
When i asked for whether vehicle is disinfected, they didnt even know what is meant by disinfecting.
Such a poor and dissapointing service, i am really thinging to spread this words to my friends and family, not to go and buy tvs products.
