We have booked tvs jupiter on 18th june 2016. We paid all the amount but didn't received the delivery yet. They promised that they will deliver the bike within two weeks. Though we had paid all the money the salesman is asking for extra money. He also said that company will provide free handgrip, seat cover, mat, but now he is refusing to give. If this is the service provided by you then who will buy the bike. We are totally disappointed.

    Dear tvs,

    This is to request to your notice that i bought my tvs pheonix in october 2015,
    I drove it 11616 kms and send it to the service centre (arunagiri motors agencies, kalyan nagar, bangalore) for 5th service of my bike.

    And its really sad to see that your employees just changed the chain sproket, wheel hub shock and spark plug and gave me the bill of almost rs2000.

    As i know the life of chain sproket is almost 25000kms and i have never seen a problem in spark plug in a 4 stroke bike before 50000kms.

    Can you guys please explain whats going on in your service centre?
    Can you guys please get back to me?
    Can you guys please explain why did you change my chain sproket when there were not even a single complaint about my chain?
    Can you guys please elaborate why did you change my chain?
    Can you guys please explain if there where no starting problem they why did you people change my spark plug?

    I need all the explaination, or else you people should tell me where should i proceed..

    Dear TVS,

    This is to request to your notice that I bought my tvs phoenix in october 2015,
    I drove it 11616 Kms and sent it to the service center (Arunagiri motors agencies, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore - 560043) for 5th service of my bike.

      Raash response from narasapur tvs showroom manager... He is saying that u didn't purchase bike in my showroom, im not responsible for spare parts... Whether the spare parts is available i wont give to you like that he respond... That the manager says that where the bike was purchased. That place only we will get spare parts we dnt give u... Irresponsible management please solve that

        I am nikhil and i have bought a brand new scooty tvs jupiter. Scooty is 1 month old only and i have complaint about the back lock for atleast 3 times and they did nothing... A very awful sound is being produced by the scooty at the back n i am getting irritated by that n they are saying it is nothing it gives such sounds. I was not expecting this from tvs which is a reputed brand. Plz consider my problem and do something for the same or plz give me a new scooty or refund my money

        I had given my wego, for servicing in authorised service centre, but they removed my all electrical accessories, without asking me, and told i was short circited, but they are not even showing me the old removed accessories...
        orignally, it is stolen from my bike...nothing else...

          I have purchased a bike tvs star city plus from your authorized dealer "globe motors aliganj lucknow" on 29th june'2016.
          I had make a cash payment of rs.20000/- same day against vehicle cost of rs.56852/- & remaining amount was financed by hdfc bank ltd.
          After completeness of all documentation & formalities (As per norms) bike was delivered to me by dealer. And dealer assured me that he will provide me rc and vehicle number within a week. After several followups, calls and visits i still not received these documents and without documents asset is not in use. And also after a week my first service will be lapsed.
          I have taken this bike for my father to gift him on special occasion.
          But he is unable to use the bike as we know without proper documents and vehicle number we can't ride on road.
          I just want to know who will bear the bank charges (Emi), problem & inconvenience caused to me due to non availability of proper documents.
          Request you to please look into this matter on priority and take strict action against dealer, who is not listening his customers.
          And after all this will also spoil the company's image.

          I bought TVS XL 100 onee week back. Itt has some problems, like side mirror vibration, tools box unable to lock, speedometer shows false reading. when ii starts to tell these issues one by one he shouted against me. I was totally frustrated due to his rude behavior. Hereafter i will never go to that service station even for free service

            I am living in madurai. I bought Jupiter 8 months before. My vehicle is not satisfy since I bought. No one rectify my problems so far. milage also very poor. I changed two turned within 10000 Kim's. Kindly request you to call me back when you see my mail. We have three Jupiters myself and my friends.               I had given my tvs jupiter puchased in july 2015 for service and to fix a problem with engine crankshaft. It is highly disappointing that tvs jupiter broke down within a year. It is even more annoying that the service centre is so pathetic in customer care. No proper feedback and updates shared for the service that they are doing. It is now 8-9 days since i gave my two wheeler was given for service and i have not got one call back from service centre. I need to call them on daily basis and then request for an update. They tell me a new story every day like they have ordered for a spare part and it is not available and so is the delay and i get different comment from different person in the service centre.

              Zero customer care!!! Do you expect the customer to keep silent and wait for days or weeks to get a call back from the service centre... Service centre guys tell that they call the customer when the complaints on the job sheet are resolved. Does that mean that they will not update the customer if a new spare part has to be ordered. Is that a good service. I'm highly disappointed with tvs customer care... Will appreciate if i get a call back to discuss this more in detailed.

              Finally, the problem is resolved. Appreciate the support from the TVS customer care (Mr.Shivshankar) and also the service centre coped it up well at the end to deliver the two wheeler as promised to me today. While I can understand that there can be delays in procuring the spare parts from the main dealers, it would be good to always keep the customer updated so that there are no gaps in communication or understanding. Thanks for the support and hope you will consider the suggestions and provide a good customer care in future as well. I'm closing the complaint and look forward for a good collaboration with TVS service centre and customer care in future.

              The worst service and worst bike . always the complaint
              From the beginning when I taken Apache rtr 180 it as ben problem for me. First shoft sound even before the first service . And den milage problem, pick up problem. Now finally abs problem even am serving in show room also they are not rectified the problem. Plz hep me
              Closed the complaint as two wheeler delivered and with a fair service. Thanks for covering the charges under warranty and appreciate the support from the customer care team.

                Sub: disappointing job work, don't wana pay twice as aprox rs. 12000 spent already.

                I want to bring to your notice with utmost despair that my bike was repaired for white smoke emission. I

                Was suggested complete engine work by k. K automobile at nangloi, delhi. The initial estimate was

                Rs.8000 but quickly went up to rs. 12000 approx. Yet, going by their words and my previous job works

                Done by them i thought the problem will be fixed once for all.

                However to my disappointment in last 3 services including the one done after 500 km it still consumes

                Oil and each time the used oil comes out to be around 600 ml.

                I spoke to sachint who is handling services issues for the area and he assured me that he will be present

                At the workshop sometime this week to ascertain the actual issue why this has happened.

                But i want to bring this to notice of competent people at tvs; the inconvenience caused due to shoddy

                Job work and negligent approach. I wont be paying for same work twice.

                I also hope i wont have to escalate the issue any further and with your intervention it is sorted without

                Haggling to pay for the same issue twice.

                Sir iam living in ahmedgarh Punjab(sangrur).and i want to complaint against ASHOK automobiles which is in my city .i bought tvs jupiter in january.they charged me more when i went for free servies and they didnot cahnge the engine oil after that they charged me 450 .its was too much
                From the day i have purschased this bike one or the other problem persist third rated vehicle feedback for the customers who is buying this bike do not buy this apache 200cc, now the new problem is chasis is getting rusted in a span of 3 months .
                I will mobile banking transfer to bank of India account ño has one number change so debited in my account ...2500 rs debited

                  I have purchased one tvs victor engine bearing no. From your dealer vijayalakshmi motor nerukundram chennai – 107. Under exchange of my used hero honda splendor on installment basis on[protected]. As they are not having the mercury grey color which i have order they took one peace from good will auto anna nagar and delivered to me.

                  They said the vehicle was register by them on[protected] on next day that is[protected] when i used to drive the vehicle i found the engine got heated enormously while driving a kilometer. On the same day immediately i returned the vehicle to the dealer and made a compliant with them. They also inspected and surprised to note the same. They assured me to inspect the same by a senior technician from the manufacturer side and if found the engine is not satisfactory they will deliver me a new bike. On repeated requests they are not giving proper reply.
                  For your kind information since i am a service engineer the usage of two wheeler is very very important for me.In these circumstances i request your goodselves to look in to the matter seriously and delivery me new vehicle immediately to avoid unnecessary legal consequences and restore your name and trust in the market.

                  Pathetic Service done for my Jupiter by authorised Service Centre of TVS motor. No commitment and took mire then three hours and even after three hours cleaning not done properly and almost wet vehicle handover and no one listened for my complaints.
                  Your service center can't give my vehicle in five days.last time approx six months before they do like that and make so many excuses

                    sir my bike tvs star city plus last 6 free service not to proper done by sunita motors and adviger and labour not to setisfy me. mene AMC card bhi banwaya lekin usme bhi mejhe koi fayda nai mila h. or meri bike ka lock or sensor bhi kharab kar diya h. fir bol rahe h ki aapne kharab hi di thi. jab ki mene delevry ke time bol diya tha narayan ne bola next service par me coplite kar dung.

                    I have given my TVS Scooty Pep for first free service and i have been charged 500 RS for free service then what is the meaning of free service i have checked their job card for each vehicle and in that they clearly mentioned 150 as Labour charges which should not be charged for free service

                      Am gotham i have apache rtr 160 model
                      I have getting the same problem (Carburetor problem)
                      That was repeating continue sly,
                      I have been complained so many times in service
                      That they were not taking seriously.
                      The vehicle getting off in the middle while driving
                      And petrol is also getting over flow,

                      I came to your service center at that time
                      The mechanic & service supervisor told its not a big problem
                      And they adjusted the carburater
                      And told its ok...
                      But i have been entered service center so many times, but the problem was not rectified properly,


                      Total my time was wasted & money also wasted

                      What you people going to do
                      You do this repeatedly am going file a case against you

                      At morning time vehicle is not getting start this problem is getting repeatedly,
                      And gear shifting is also hard,
                      Chain noise getting repeatedly,
                      While applying brake it getting skiting,


                      I have been complained to the service person so many times
                      That i have mentioned problems
                      But they were take care of my problem

                        I have purchased[protected] my bike from your authorized showroom shri ganga tvs sadha road, chapra, district-saran, bihar pin-841301. Within 7 month i have serious issue regarding my engine. To fix the issue i have gone to your authorized service centre shri ganga enterprises service centre chapra. But i am not satisfied with your service centre response. If within 7 month i have an issue ragarding the most important component of the bike the engine, its better to replace it than to repair it. If the issue is not resolved soon then i have to look some legal action.

                          I bought tvs jupiter in 14-feb 2016. good fuel efficiency compared to honda activa. broad tyres are really good. head light power is much efficient. fuel filling is much easy. jupiter noisy scooter compared to ray, honda activa and even with tvs wego. you can always hear uncomfortable machine sound / noise while driving compared to all other scooters which makes us more uncomfortable like we are driving a very old scooter or like as we are driving a tractor. i complained to shop merchant regarding noise at the time of giving the bike to service. they say it is common in jupiter. and saying there is no noise as such in turn. but actually, i checked with other mechanics even they said the noise is there in jupiter. seat is not comfortable as honda activa and others. service is not good in tvs service centers (okhla service center, delhi)

                          Please see how can i return my jupiter back to the company else i need a new tvs jupiter.

                            Im nikhil from ambernath, i have bought new tvs jupiter millonr edition on 14 june, within one week it has started petrol leakage in forcefully flow, it happens twice, the service providers given me first service, but after 5 days of service this problem was again started, and scooter was not start, its very dengerous problem, what should i do now, its troble problem for me really.

                              I have purchased jupiter le vehicle from your shakambari automobiles, matkuria, dhanbad, vide challan no.1089 dtd 19/03/2016. i have paid the cost of vehicle rs. 53, 805.00 + rc & ins amt rs. 6, 390.00, total 60, 195.00. after 4 months dealer has failed to issue me the rc book in spite of several reminders. this kind of negligence have caused the dissatisfaction about the services of tvs company. kindly treat the matter as urgent.

                                I purchased a motor bike (tvs star city) on 08/04/2016 at
                                Dev enterprises hafizganj bareilly (dealer, tvs auto) the dealer is not providing to me my vehicle documents (registration, insurance, service book) etc
                                He is demanding bribe for documents and black
                                Mail to me for cancel my vehicle registration
                                And to arrest me by police so, please sir give me
                                A solution.

                                  On may 3rd i bought a new tvs sport ks vehicle from your authorized show room (smart tvs motrs. road no 36, jubli hills, hyderabad) from the next day onwards i faced different problems regarding the performance of that bike. now i explaining the diffects of the product ie,
                                  1. the tvs sport is not giving proper mileage presently it giving only 55 km after three servicing done by your authorized service centers.
                                  2. pick up is too low even it unable to carry one person.
                                  3. all spare parts including iron parts also doesn’t having proper quality.
                                  4. head light is unable providing sufficient lighting we can’t see the object which is in 10-15 meter distance.
                                  5. breaks are too quality less.
                                  6. tyres are too waste product from your company, it unable to provide grip on roads even in 30 kms speed also.
                                  7. one of the most un satistifyed thing is the service provided by your authorized service centers, they are not giving the proper response for any complaint and simply they are saying you have to replace the particular parts which are less qualitative with my money, then what is use of 5 years warrant offered by your company?

                                    Makes ticking and hizzy noise after running for few kilometers since the purchased date, after all five services the problem persists, as i have checked with other jupiter s of my known owners. even the authorized service center couldn't rectify the issue. the dealer was different at the time of purchase and i don't know how they are allowed to sell if not authorized, as they are making the market reputation bad. they (suprava auto centre) also took around rs 600 in free services. there are many such sub-dealer. thank you

                                      I have given my apache bike, to change total wiring kit, they change or not i don't no. still problem comes, when it running suddenly bike automatically off, i spend money to change that rs, 5000/- (including tax), again with in one month i was given to do total bike service. they did but nothing changed.in this time i spend rs.2700/-. no use to do service in that service center. waste of money. i give that bike after serviceing with in two days again same complaint. not at all give proper response. this is not a right way. as tvs service center. i was doing service in that service center in last two years, i never had this kind of worst experience.
