TVS JUPITER -- WORST VEHICLE & RIDICULOUS SERVICES
This is to inform you that I have recently bought a TVS JUPITER on[protected] from Aditi showroom (sector-10, Noida). I regret of choosing such a pathetic vehicle.
It is near about 20 days only I have bought and faced so many issues with the vehicle.
From very first day of buying it I am facing issues. I was cooperating at every point which is making me more disappoint .
Initially, first day the PETROL METER was not working so next day I took the scooty to the showroom, to get it sort out.
Then the [censored] sales person didn't told me all the required documents from RC at the time of buying the vehicle, after 4-5 days he was demanding documents which was not with me and giving ridiculous suggestions.
The most interesting thing happened with me on MONDAY[protected] the vehicle stopped while driving on the road. It was not even getting started again so I have to drag it for near about 2 Km. After that I have tried with many kicks then it got start but unfortunately hardly for few mins.
To raise the complaint i have called your customer care & requested them to please take it from my location to check the issue & resolve but again the guy has guide me with a [censored]. I have to make 4-5 calls to one another just to requested please help me. Then one of the person send an engineer he did something & said we need to change the petrol tank which i will be doing tomorrow, i said ok then he requested me take a drive & try. I said OK. Then moment he saw it was working fine then he said not need to change any part this will be working fine.
TODAY again HORN is not working . It is really amaze to have such a pathetic vehicle & the worst service.
NOW, i'll be waiting if you guys have a courtesy to take some action & replace the vehicle on PRIORITY without any more [censored] promises.
Else i have to take some more bad actions, within 48 hours if I didn't get any positive response then i have to escalate the issue to the next step.
This is to remind you again, I don't need services in my vehicle, I need the REPLACEMENT.
