Tvs Motor Company — TVS Ntorq not working after running only 50 km

I have recently purchased tvs ntorq bs6 varient on 23rd april 2021 from DSN TVS Thettikuzhi, Paripally. After around 50 km the vehicle stopped working. The vehicle is unable to start and not displaying anything on the metre. I have contacted the service centre and they are not responding. Its been two months i am waiting for there response. I had my faith in tvs motors but i have lost it now. I doubt the reliablility and support efficiency of tvs. I want a complete refund of my money or initiate necessary actions to replair my vehicle as soon as possible. If you are not resolving my issues quickly I will go for legal help. Thank you
