TV's Radeon 110 bike purchase on 20 august 2021 name of meenu Saini registration no- DL11H5930 chassis NO- MD625BK2XM3G04305 after 6 months engine sound is very loud so on[protected] i visit on MCR TVS mangolpuri service center. On that day service advisor told me to come after 5 hours. After 5 pm ill again go service center then service advisor told me that chain shaft is damage so it has to change but we don't have this part so we ordered that part from company. after[protected] ill again call to service center for availability of damage part for repair but store Incharge told me that he didn't know about this part has to be ordered. on that same day ill call customer care of TV's but cc executive told me that the procedure if ordered any part is 20 working days. yesterday[protected] again I'll call customer care of TVS and told complanate no is TVS GR[protected] after confirmation executive is telling me that service center didn't order any part for my bike.
i asked the procedure of filing a complaint to higher officials but he told me that there is no way to complain to higher officials. I want to know if the service center is making fools or TVS is also making fools o[censored]s or looting us?
