My grandfather k. Sasidaran bought a new tvs scootypep plus from kathir motors neeramankara tc 55/680 (3). Mr sasidaran was a two wheeler mechanic for the past 50 years. The behaviour of your dealers with us wwas not in a good manner. I want to inform the authority that while we bought the vehicle we charged rupees 47470. These include the charge for extra fittings. When we got vehicle there was no such extra fittings even the silencer guard is not there. They tell us that the fittings are not available at that time. After few days we got a call from the kathir motors that the fittings are available and ask us to bring the vehicle that day itself. We told them that after 2 days we have to bring the vehicle for service so that the fittings can be also done. But the reply was not at all satisfactory that they behaved in a rude manner. While we bring the vehicle for service they provide a good service but the fittings were not done. When we ask about this they dosent show any interest. By next month we are planned to take "tvs jupiter" from there. Due to their behaviour we dropped the plan. Afterall my garndfather was a mechnaic and he didnt face this type of attitude and behaviour from any of the dealers in his 50years carrier. I have a belief on tvs that the customer is an important thing for you. Due to their indecent behaviour we dont want any more service from there: till this moment they are not botherd about the extra fittings: eventhough it is not fiited. I attached some doccuments, biills, and photo of vehicle along with this for an evidence.
So respeted sir kindly allow us the refund for our extra fittings.
