TVS Motor Company — TVS Scooty Zest 110 Tarq Blue Parts not available

We bought TVS scooty zest 110 cc ( turq blue) in 2018, recently scooty was damaged in an accident, the front panel was totally damaged, and I gave the order on 9th February 2021 in my hometown TVS showroom,
Showroom management has been updated me as "some parts are reached our showroom and other parts not available and don't know when parts will arrive to us".

So my question is, If the company is doesn't manufacturing zest model, maintain the scooty zest parts will be kept in your headquarter.
