I have done servicing my Apache in and around Bangalore. I would rate this tvs service centre as the worst because of the quality of the service and the high bill amount it charges (some unnecessary labour cost for each part of the bike and additional general labour charge). When a service centre charges it's customers a lump sum amount, it should have the lightest courtesy to deliver a good service. After my bike was delivered, I had to return back to the service centre more than 3times for fixing various faults in servicing (my bike is still not 100%ready). This is absolutely ridiculous! When I fought back, the sales manager Mr. Srinivas had tons of excuses and rather started blaming me!
I had a check on the amount which I would have incurred in other TVS service centers for the same service, and I was astonished to hear that it would have costed me half of the bill amount which Marathahalli service centre charged me.
The worst ever bike servicing experience! I am quite sure that there are many more people out there who would have had the same experience. I believe all the good reviews put here are from the friends and relatives of the people who work in this service centre.
