Hi There, This has been less than two years we had purchased the XL100 and we have spent more than 40 thousand in the service, repair, change of parts as its not working. There are many problems with it and we are tied of doing services and repair. To me it looks like this vehicle is not built in proper quality and the authorized dealers are keep on extracting money without providing proper solutions to the problem. After spending 40K plus amount and trying to repair the XL100, the dealer finally said to me today that i need to sale this XL100 for 20K and need to buy another one as they cant reapir it.
I have purchased the XL100 around 66K and spent 40K for Service and repair. I would like to file a case on TVS for such defective product and due to which i have continuous business loss. For the Business loss i would like to ask for 5Lakh Penalty and provide a new XL100.
