This mail is regarding the careless and irresponsible behavior of one of your service center at kolkata which is subir udyog pvt. Ltd. Taratala, kolkata. Actually i had booked my tvs apatche 160 rtr for repairing my bike's gear box as well as change some bike's accessories like gear rubber, headlight, headlamp, vizer, right dumper, shocker oil cap 1 pair and teflon coating polish.
As per the conversation with your representative i will get my bike before 1st of november but on 1st of november the representative denied to deliver my bike and asked more time to fix my bike due to unavailability of the parts. As per the representative due to the past public festivals they were unable to fix my bike on time but sir/ mam it has already being passed more than 2 week of your working days in your authorized service center my bike was there and today i brought back my bike with me in an unrepaired condition after paying total 2808/- for servicing. Some of my question are there that;
(1) my bike has problem in it's gear box but they opened my bike's engine without my permission. Not a single time they asked about it.
(2) without my permission they changed my bike's mobil oil. I had already told to mr anujit auddy that no engine oil will be changed because i have already changed it few days before.
(3) they damaged my mobile stand which was absolutely perfect when i had deposited it to the service center for fixing my bike. Who will bear my mobile stand's damage cost? Tvs or the service center?
(4) without repairing my bike, your service manager handed over my bike to me today noon at 12:30 pm after spending more than 13 days. Who will bear my expenses cost which i paid during this period? I paid 2, 800/- for no work and a faulty bike.
(6) after handed over to my bike to me nothing i got from the service centre means not a single old part i received from them. Even the statement wasn't satisfactory from the mechanic.
(7) last but not the least your authorized service mechanic name "prasanta" was offering me to get fix my bike personally from him in his own place at cost more than the market value of the product cost. Is this your ethics? After complaining to your team manager mr soumik, those responsible mechanics were calling me randomly but i didn't pick anyone's call.
Now i have sufficient proofs to justify my words about this whole thing, so now i am going to book a complaint in the consumer forum for getting the justice. You can verify it by using your cctv footage.
Without my bike i am facing tremendous problems in my office going.
Kindly take this matter seriously and do the needful at the earliest.
