TVS Motor Company — Untold service done for Rs 2000

Hi, I gave my TVS scooty for service to Royal TVS, ekattuthangal, chennai - 32 for the following service, 1. self start not working It was recently serviced and told them of oil change not needed. But they did the service and billed for Rs 2030. The following have been included in the service, 1. Changing of both brake shoes 2. Accelerator wire change And they called me to pick up the vechicle after paying Rs 2030. This is happened with the service center, Royal TVS, ekattuthangal, chennai - 32 They always make the bill to Rs.2000, saying unnecessary serivces had to be done.
