[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — Vehicle problem | |
I purchased star city plus during february from versha motors, vanuvampet, madipakkam. From the date on which i purchased the vehicle it is giving ttroble. Eg. Starting problem, in riding more than 30 kms. Turned up to the company a number of times. The sales coy. Versha motors always turning their deaf air to me and no response was given to my number of visit. No responsible person is meeting me. Finally as the vehicle is not road worthy, i have admitted the vehicle on 3rd morning with the promise to take delivery on 4th june. It was not delivered on the said date and my repeated request ended in vain. The service adviser one thiru ragavan gave vague replyreply to my request. Finqally it is understand thqat they people are unable to attend the problem and the actual problem is unexplained It is therefore requesfed that the vehicle may please be replace by a ne one since being the seneor citizen cannot run the problematic vehicle Was this information helpful? | |
