I got into an accident and gave my bike for servicing at tvs periyar motors aluva, kerala., first thing nobody came out to even look at the bike. A guy came and asked me to tell them what i want to be changed, i was shocked i wondered if i was the service guy or he was. Still i showed him all the damaged parts, and in the estimate they mentioned accident service charge 2000, and they said they don't have any parts available in store, what kind of service centre are u running without any parts, they said they will only order the part after i pay for it. And i was planning to claim my insurence, i had to note down all the parts myself and go to their parts area and beg them to order it. And yesterday on 11.12.19 i visited the shop to see bike condition and the bike was the same and untouched. And the bike was there for more than 10 days and they still say they dont have parts yet. I needed the bike immediately i asked them to fix with the parts they already have. And today they called and said bike was fully ready and when i went to see it the fuel tank was the same as after the accident full of scratches, i asked them why this is not changed they said because i didnt specifically mention to change the part, and i asked if they could change it too they said the claim is already billed so i need to pay the cost myself.. Today when i went they said they wont order the part and when i asked why they just said they wont order.
My bike today i saw it was not washed or not even dusted the new parts were full of greese and oil, is this what i should expect when i give a vehicle for service,
Lack of any concern, they act like it dosnt even bother them and ignore me compleately.
Is this how tvs behaves after someone buys their product. Shame on you.. I was really insulted today, why was my bike there for like 12 days and still in this condition
Kindly do something about the servicing team, atleast make a customer not feel dissapointed.
Now i have to pay extra to change the parts they didnt include in the bill and i asked if i can add it again now because they havnt forwarded it to the insurence and they said its already typed so cant change.

Thorughly dissapointed, wasted money and humiliation is this how u treat your customers

Not submitting photo as i don't take any after the service but the bike looks [censored] with the tank all scratched up
