Hi Team,
I'm a NTORQ user bought in October 2020. It's my fourth services today and I'm highly unsatisfied by your AHINSA TVS OKHLA, Delhi.
I've approached this service Center for all my services and on time but the staff/workers here are highly unprofessional in nature. They don't know how to deal with the customer to clear their doubts and complaints. They are unprofessional in such a way that all of them including Mr. Alok the advisor of the team, all are chewing gutkhas and spitting here and there in front of the customers which is highly unhygienic and unhealthy.
I don't know why TVS is allowing such kind of mischievous acts. There is no compliance of any kind of basics that should be followed by the industry.
It's my last service from this service centre and i would recommend each and every customer that pls complain about the harassment you are facing by this service centre and i would recommend TVS to take strict actions against them and enhance the customer's satisfaction and faith in our Indian companies.
