TVS Motor Company — worst service by dealer | |||
In october 2019, i had done repairs of my scooty pep+ from logtech motors, trivandrum, kerala from where i had purchased the vehicle earlier. Vehicle was having complaints like starting trouble, leakage of engine oil etc. Alongwith complaints, oil change and water service was also done. On 02/10/2019, their staff informed me that my vehicle is ready after servicing. After payment, they had given the key of vehicle which was kept roadside after servicing. When i unlocked my seat, i found that the seat got detached from the vehicle which the logtech servicing people has not intimated me. I was sure that when i had given the vehicle for service, seat was not having any problem. When i enquired them, they didn’t take any responsibility and simply said that it might have happened earlier or might be due to force of water during water service and it can be replaced fully by paying rs 2500/- (Appx) or by replacing seat plate by paying rs 650/- (Appx). The staff was not having a responsible attitude. To avoid arguments with them, i ordered for a seat plate of rs 650/-. But that accessory is also not received till now and eveytime i call, they will be telling that they have raised order and is showing pending from company side. If there is a delay, atleast the staff should intimate about an expected date of delivery. Here i am not getting a proper reply from logtech motors service team. It was more than a month and i am finding it great difficult especially during petrol filling since i have to hold seat in my hands. Most of the time we are purchasing product giving due importance to availability of spares after purchase also. If the dealers are not fulfilling its after sales responsibility, how the customers can rely the products of tvs motors. Please let me know whether i can get the seat plate from the company. Since the faith in logtech motors is already gone, a timely reply from the company side atleast is greatly requested. Was this information helpful? | |||

Team is not responding while we need assistance of the staff

I have purchased TVS Ntorq before 4 months still the tvs showroom dealer hasn't started the registration process for my vehicle when i ask them they are telling like okay we can do it this week... The same is repeating when i chase them...i really upset about the same thing as a customer.
