I had registered a complaint on TVS Bangalore landline no [protected] on 07th Aug after that I waited for 2 weeks but still didn't received any call back so again I called back on same no I they arranged the call back from Area Manager Vaibhav Sir who informed workshop manager Mahesh to replaced my bike part but instead of replacing he reapired the part & making arguments with me & previously he said me that I have to pay 700 Rs Approx to change excellator wire which Mr.Vaibhav Instructed him to replace under FOC that time Mahesh said ok but after that he just done oiling for that part ..Mr. Mahesh & Other TVS Trivikram staff is very aarogent & making arguments.. There Prime moto is to take charges from customer same I had informed to Vaibhav on call same incident I had mailed on TVs mail I'd but there is no response on mail from last 8 - 9 days..
