TVS Motor — poor storage of bike ntorq till delivery and casual behaviour of sales staff and customer support

Hello sir/ ma'am,

My name is ambreen fatema... We have purchased ntorq in yellow colour from port blair (Andaman and nicobar islands) through sai leela motors for around ₹ 84000. We were asked to collect the vehicle after about 10 days from the date of payment. When we went to the showroom to collect our bike, we noticed it had some scratches near the head light, faded colour on 10-12 inches on one side of the bike and rust/ corrosion on the exhaust cover also. Therefore, we brought this to the notice of the sales executive and denied collecting the bike.in response to our complaint about these things, the sales girl said it had arrived in this condition from the manufacturing plant and it's not her mistake. We asked her to let us have a word with the manager so that we can resolve this, but this was completely denied, both in person and over telephone...

After that, it has been more than three days that no effort has been made to inform us about the status of progress on our complaint. The staff at sai leela motors has not contacted us at all... Me and my husband both tried calling on the manager's and showroom's no... Which they don't pick up... Today, the staff at tvs realised that we are not letting the matter go easily and hence blocked our numbers.

This makes me come to the conclusion that tvs customers get all the attention from the staff when the payment is due. But once the money had been received, nobody bothers to even take care of the vehicle till it gets delivered...!!!
We still have not received any communication from the dealer about our bike.
Please note: the money was transferred on 29 sep 18 and delivery was on 11 oct 18 which is still due!!!
