TVS Motor — Problem in starting of tvs jupiter.

I bought tvs jupiter 2 months ago and from day 1 i m facing the problem in starting my scooter. and it also shuts down while driving. this defect may cause serious accidents. even i had a close encounter with accident. i briefed my problem to om tvs motors when i took my scooter for 1 service but still facing the same problem. even i requested the dealer to resolve my problem but there is been no response from them as well. i request the concerned authority to take correct action in this regard.
